Do members or groups ever pay?
No. Accounts for individuals and community groups are free, and members can always access the discounts offered to their groups at no cost.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Existing discounts and affiliations keep working. You simply can't add more until you're within the limit again or move to a larger plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Use the contact form and we'll adjust your plan. Nothing is charged while plans are request-only.
Does a paid plan guarantee customers?
No plan guarantees results. Paid plans increase your visibility and the number of groups you can partner with; the value you offer is what brings members through the door.
